As part of the agreement with Google, DirectClicks staff receive extensive training and support from Google. DirectClicks staff and sales representatives will always be at the forefront of the latest developments in AdWords, and both new and existing DirectClicks clients will benefit from the expertise and AdWords knowledge derived from Google as part of our authorised AdWords reseller agreement.

DirectClicks – Standard Terms & Conditions


These Terms & Conditions govern the general use of DirectClicks™ Australia, a division of Dawson Media Pty Ltd.

The use of the term ‘service’ relates to DirectClicks™

The use of the term ‘you’ or ‘your’ relates to the DirectClicks™ customer and its obligations as an individual &/or business entity and all its authorized employees.

DirectClicks™ Australia (the Service / Re-seller) provide users with options of Website creation &/or on-going website development in conjunction with Search Engine marketing services under a preferred re-seller agreement with Google and Yahoo.

DirectClicks™ is available on provision of an ‘as is availability’ basis for your personal or business use and is not to be subject to modifications directly or indirectly by you or a third party without written approval from Dawson Media P/L.

Participation in the DirectClicks™ service is conditional upon ‘your’ the customer acceptance of stated terms and conditions along with ‘your’ written authorization of an order agreement, payment agreement and Primary Terms & Conditions.

Use of Service – you as a user of the DirectClicks™ service have sole responsibility and are legally liable for all information, content, data, images, graphics, links or other materials whether publicly posted or privately transmitted.

DirectClicks™ reserves the right to amend, modify, change, delete or terminate the ‘service’ in full or part after consultation or attempted consultation with ‘you’ the customer at anytime should it be deemed necessary.

DirectClicks™ customers agree to pay ALL establishment fees, deposit bond and monthly fees in advance unless otherwise approved in writing.

DirectClicks™ customers accept that the establishment fee and service fees charged are non-refundable.

DirectClicks™ customers accept that all bonds paid are only refundable at end of contract providing there is no outstanding debt.

DirectClicks™ customers accept that the service will be terminated after 14 days of non-payment of monthly fees and agree to pay any outstanding debt plus forfeit the bond.

DirectClicks™ customers accept the initial contractual agreement term is for a minimum period of six (6) months and agree to pay all charges unless otherwise approved in writing by DirectClicks™ management.

Following the initial term DirectClicks™ customers agree to provide a minimum of one (1) months written notice of termination and agree to pay any adjustment charges accordingly.

DirectClicks™ customers accept that a daily budget may be increased usually within 72 hours and agree to pay adjustment fees in advance.

DirectClicks™ customers accept that a daily budget may be decreased only after the initial term is completed (6 months unless otherwise agreed in writing) and on provision of one (1) months written notice.

DirectClicks – Primary Terms & Conditions


DirectClicks™ customers agree that initial setup of their campaign may take up to eight (8) weeks to implement.

DirectClicks™ customers accept that daily spend is not guaranteed to be spent daily. However daily overspending, or underspending are adjusted accordingly.

DirectClicks™ customers accept that once the daily click spend budget is met the campaign will be removed from the relevant search engines.

DirectClicks™ customers accept that any provision of said service, software, telecommunications passages, phone numbers, domain names and content are entirely owned by DirectClicks™ unless stated otherwise in writing or ‘other’ ownership proven.

DirectClicks™ customers agree to respond within 48 hours to any contact made by any DirectClicks™ employees regarding your service.

DirectClicks™ customers accept that any service or information provided, transmitted or displayed may be changed at any time without liability or responsibility to DirectClicks™ and its associated companies and employees.
